His entrepreneurial spirit led him to establish IBIS Advisors, a company he successfully led for 17 years before merging it with Arthur J Gallagher. This transition led to his appointment on the firm’s Executive Committee. Richard lends his expertise to several organizations serving as an advisor to the American Benefits Council and the Silicon Valley Employer Forum, acting as a congressional advisor and contributes as a member and writer for the Forbes HR Council. Richard’s influence is also recognized in his roles as an Advisory Panelist for WorldatWork, a member of the SHRM Voice of Work Research Panel, and as the author of the highly acclaimed book, and #1 release on Amazon: Work Smart Now!

Her proficiency also spans over 15 years of hands-on experience in domestic and international benefits. Lori is also an inventor that has created headgear for Sleep Apnea.
